The spectacular crash of a stock corporation previously celebrated as a beacon of hope (CargoLifter) becomes the starting point of a fictional reconstruction. The work relates the (true) story to new economy mechanisms and global economic changes. Documentary video footage of the impressive opening event in a large production hall (CargoLifter hall in Brandenburg south of Berlin) is mixed with staged elements and narrative subtitles. The visual and audio material claims circumstantial status without telling a logically linked story.
